Return Policy:


  • The Box can be returned within the first 5 days of the purchase date.

  • 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the invoiced amount.

  • Shipping, Delivery, and Installation charges are non-refundable.

  • There will be no returns in case of any damages to the Box, Package, Remote, Cable or Adapter.

  • All items must be returned in the original condition as Sold by the company.

  • The buyer will pay the shipping charges to return the box.




  • The Box includes 6 months of limited hardware warranty.

  • There is no warranty on the Remote, HDMI cable or any other accessories.

  • The warranty would void if the box is:

    • Damaged.

    • Opened.

    • Burnt.

    • Bricked.

    • Tried with 3rd Party Software or add-ons.

  • No warranty/guarantee on the software, firmware,  up-time for the live or on-demand content

  • No warranty on any 3rd Party add-ons/services.


Technical Support:


  • Technical support is only provided to paid/active members or members with hardware (box) warranty.

  • Technical Support is only available during our standard office hours (MON-SAT).

  • Technical support is provided on the first-come-first-serve basis, however, GurooBox has the right to prioritize customer(s) based on the complexity of the issue(s).

  • Typical troubleshooting will require 2-4 hours service. 

  • If you calling after hours then please leave us a message or email us at support@guroobox.com, We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

  • The turn-around time for any repairs or fixes to the box is within 2 business days.

  • Minimum $40 diagnosis charge will be applied to any issues caused due to any tampering with the software, hardware or resting the Box.

GurooBox Membership Service:
  • Membership covers Free technical support (in-store/phone/email) only.

  • Membership provides Free software upgrade service (hardware not included i.e. USB, SD Cards, Box, Accessories etc.)

  • Shipping/Tax/Customs charges are not covered under Membership.

  • Membership doesn't include any media content,

  • Member services are for PAID Members only. Non-Members need to pay for all software upgrades and technical support.

  • Non members are required to pay minimum $40/hr. for any troubleshooting and support services.


GurooBox only sells hardware devices and does not own, operate, host or associate with any IPTV services. The membership fee is to provide software and hardware support and customer service to our paid customers only.
